I stayed here with a group of friends for a bachelor party and the place was great. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable. There was room on every floor for folks to hang out and plenty of seating so that no one was standing around. The secondary unit in the back was wonderful to have and gave us a second kitchen and another 2 bathrooms for people to spread out. The best part for us was the location. It was super easy to get to from the airport and then located near so many breweries, coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Once we arrived at the property, we barely drove anywhere and just walked to all of our destinations. Communication with the property manager was very easy. I got check in instructions the day we arrived and it was very clear. We contacted the property owner during our stay about batteries missing from some remotes and there was someone there shortly after to give us some to use. Check out instructions were also very clear and didn’t require us to do a ton of cleaning or chores which was a nice touch after a long weekend. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to other large groups looking for a comfortable place with plenty of space and a great location.

It had plenty of room and very clean! There were a couple of “quirks” in the house, wifi was very spotty and some things were broken (freezer drawer) but overall was a lovely stay and had enough space for our entire wedding party and their partners! I would advise people of when big events are happening in the area, we struggled Saturday night with parking during a Halloween block party!

Overall impressions of the house were great location and great space!
There were only 9 of us but booked it for a tentative 15 people attendance and even if we had 15 people, this is the house to book for a large crowd. There would have been ample space to accommodate that many people. There were enough locations within the house that if you have introverts within your group, would find space to decompress. The location of the house was fantastic and had so many places to walk to. The food variety around the area was fantastic. Highly recommend the bakery!
The only downsides were that the cleanliness had some issues and a few things were not in great condition when we were there. However, Dan was super responsive and offered cleaning services to be done. He said he'll talk to his staff about the other items so it may be great for future renters.
We enjoyed our stay and was comfortable the whole time.
