This 3-bedroom, 2-bath, tri-level townhome has been fully upgraded from floor to ceiling! With new hardwood floors, new kitchen, new bathrooms, new furniture and new internet-connected TV, this modern unit offers relaxing comfort after a day on the slopes, lake or trail.
The main floor has high timber-vaulted ceilings, and the upstairs master bedroom is a loft with an en suite bathroom. The bunk bed in the downstairs bedroom is ideal for kids, and all rooms have exposed wood beams. Two separate balconies provide evening relaxation while cooking on the gas-powered grill. There is ample outdoor parking in the lot and one dedicated covered garage spot suitable for one small car (you will have to park your SUV outside).
Ideally situated in the heart of Tahoe Donner, you are next door to two of Tahoe Donner's amenities - you can walk to the Z market for groceries or the Lodge for dinner and a drink. And the location is super convenient to many various outdoor activities: Donner Lake is a 5 minute drive (for boating, swimming, kayaking or just sunning on the beach), and Tahoe Donner Ski Resort is a two-minute drive (for family skiing and snowboarding), and one of the many hiking trails in Tahoe Donner runs right by the property. Our property does not have space to accommodate RVs or fifth wheels. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules.
