This property is updated and a great location across from the trout creek recreation center. Easy in and out process. Keyless entry and garage access for storage of our sporting equipment. Met all our expectations!

My family stayed at this place for a summer weekend getaway. Overall, this is a well-furnished place, but there are a few things that you might need to watch out for.
Pros:
1. Nice furnishing.
2. The Trout Creek clubhouse is just across the street. Very convenient. My 2 yr old boy loved the kids pool and playground.
Cons:
1. Cleaning condition is poor. When we arrived, there was empty beer bottle on the coffee table. There were used towels piled in the closet. And cups were full of grease. I can't believe they charge everyone cleaning fee for such a poor quality of cleanliness. The property manager from Vacasa offered to send a cleaning crew to correct this. We declined it as it would be too disrupting for our vacation.
2. Be aware that the single-car garage is really small. Can't fit my SUV.
3. The property gets pretty hot during summer time. We wanted to open the windows to let cool air in, but because it is located on a main road, it can be quite noisy at night.
