Direct oceanfront 1 bedroom/1 bathroom, luxuriously appointed, completely remodeled in 2020. Beautiful and open design with rare oversized double patio with picnic table and outdoor TV overlooking the outdoor pool. Linens included! This stunning condo sleeps 6 guests, with a king bed in the bedroom and 2 sleeper sofas. 7/30/25 Update: High Point South Condominium management was recently notified by the Worcester County Health Department and the Maryland Department of Health that two people who were recent guests at our facility subsequently developed legionellosis, a form of pneumonia. Please see further details at the bottom of this page.

* Outdoor pool is open seasonally, generally starting the week before Memorial Day until mid-September.
* Check-out time is 10am, please be sure to depart promptly as we use a professional cleaning company that requires access after 10am.
* At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash down the trash chute, which can be found along the outdoor walkway of each floor.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent.
* Guests that violate the Town of Ocean City Noise Ordinance or Condo Association rules may face immediate eviction.
Guests are required to report any cleanliness concerns within one (1) hour of arrival. Reports made after this window has passed will not be eligible for refunds or remediation related to the initial condition of the unit.
When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a minimum $35 fee.
Please note that the requirements and pricing of any fee that the building charges is subject to change, and is out of the host s control. In the case that anything changes prior to your stay we'll alert you as soon as we know about it.
This building does not have an automatic sprinkler system.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit. Any guests who are minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the stay.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel at least 7 days before check in, you'll receive a 50% refund. If you cancel with 7 days of check in, no refund will be sent.
If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.

High Point South Condominium management was recently notified by the Worcester County Health Department and the Maryland Department of Health that two people who were recent guests at our facility subsequently developed legionellosis, a form of pneumonia. On 4/15/2026, water tests showed that this type of bacteria is not within the water distribution system within the HPS Complex, but instead is from a bacteria build-up in certain types of shower heads. The shower head in this condo is used and cleaned often, so build-up has not occurred in this property.
The bacteria that cause legionellosis are found in many different water sources ‐ manmade and natural ‐ and it is not certain that those guests who tested positive for legionellosis acquired the illness at our facility. However, this facility always puts its guests first, so we want you to be aware of this possible association and provide you with some information about legionellosis so you can make an informed decision concerning your stay here.
Who gets legionellosis?
Anyone can get this disease; however, certain people are more likely to get legionellosis. Individuals most at‐risk are smokers, people over age 50, those with lung or kidney disease, diabetes, cancer, or weakened immune systems because of diseases or medications.
What is legionellosis?
Legionellosis is a form of pneumonia caused by Legionella bacteria.
What are the signs and symptoms of legionellosis?
Signs and symptoms include: fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, and body aches. Some people with legionellosis also report gastrointestinal symptoms, like nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.
How do you get legionellosis?
The disease is spread by inhaling aerosols of water containing the Legionella bacteria. The disease is generally not passed from person to person.
Is there a cure for legionellosis?
Yes. Legionellosis can be treated by commonly available antibiotics. However, hospitalization is common. The case‐fatality rate ranges from 10‐25% but may be higher in situations where diagnosis and/or treatment is delayed.
How soon do signs of legionellosis appear?
Signs of the disease commonly appear from two to 14 days after coming in contact with these bacteria.
Why is the health department interested in cases of legionellosis?
Health care providers are asked to report to the health department all cases of legionellosis. The health department then makes inquiries to assure that exposure and risk to others are minimized.

Guests should reduce their risk of becoming ill by:
∙ Not showering. If bathing in a tub, fill the tub slowly and carefully to minimize aerosol production. While the tub is filling, exit the bathroom and keep the bathroom door closed.
∙ Using bottled water for drinking and brushing teeth.

Nice unit, with a great location and ocean view. Lacked drawer space for clothing. If a unit sleeps six it should have dining seating for six...this unit only had four dining seats. It also could use more seats on the balcony.

Great condo, easily slept 2 adults and 4 children. Very clean and modern. Great location on the North side, beach is steps away. Highly recommended. We will definitely book here again.

Condo didn't have any closets to hang up or dressers to put away clothes. The upgrades done look like a new handyman did. Not quality for sure. The balcony sliding door couldn't lock. The new lock was put on but its the wrong one so it needs cut out to be able to latch. The applicances are from some other country in order to use and run. The host just kept referring to the instructions on the site which is not detailed and for the dishwasher it's a bunch of steps. Who has 5 mins to read a manual to read confusing steps and buttons that didn't work. Just this condo was not worth the price. Yes, it was a good location and view. Other than that I can't say much.
