About this apartment rental
The Master Bedroom has a Queen-Size Bed while the the second bedroom has two Full Beds. There is also a pull-out bed within the Living-Room sofa that sleeps two.
The Living Room and Master Bedroom have a TV with DirecTV Cable access. The Condo has A/C, Heating, Washer/Dryer, Upgraded Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, a Keurig Coffee w/Supplies, etc.
Sheets/linens, bath towels, blankets & pillows, ARE provided. Beach Towels are NOT provided.
The kitchen is equipped with cookware and essentials for all your cooking needs.
Condo is on the 1st floor with elevator access.
Air Conditioner may run loud in second bedroom.
The Atlantis Association requires every guest to check-in and register with the Security/Administration Office located under the building in the underpass and receive a Parking Permit. During the season, May through September only, this cost is $60 for the first vehicles' entire stay and $15/day for each additional vehicle (up to $65) when extra space is available. Most of these large condo associations on the ocean charge this fee.

Adam was extremely easy to communicate with, you can also tell he puts a lot of effort into the little things to make your stay enjoyable. Awesome location on the beach, we had a blast, will stay here again. Thank you again!

The condo was nice and exactly as described. It would perfectly for the 6 of us that stayed and we would happily stay here again!

Disappointed with the actual condo. Expected more of ocean view. HVAC very noisy and made it difficult to get to sleep.
