Marlène & Yannick welcome you to an authentic 19th century country farmhouse (an atypical farmhouse due to its completely original architecture in Bresse), a residence steeped in family history, fully and carefully restored, nestled in a quiet area in the heart of the Louhans agricultural countryside, in a peaceful little "dispersed" rural hamlet located 2.5 km from the town center of the dynamic little shopping village of Sornay (offering several shops and numerous events throughout the year). Pleasant, preserved environment nestled in the hollow of a delightful rural & natural setting, perched on a mini hill perfectly exposed to the west overlooking a vast plateau of meadows, on the edge of a small wild forest. A totally relaxing & peaceful setting & site offering the opportunity to observe the wildlife on site (deer regularly visit the area, especially in the evening!). Very comfortable cottage. Spacious & bright. Contemporary character neat in an elegant sobriety. A very peaceful and peaceful atmosphere. A large, sheltered, open terrace, with no overlooked views, overlooking the surrounding fields. A large 2,000m² natural plot of land with a mini fruit orchard (cherry, plum, etc.) and fruit picking available during your stay, makes for a perfect, secure playground for children (with a swing).
