Welcome to your stylish and centrally-located luxury retreat in Palm Springs! Recently renovated from top to bottom, this home offers a premium desert experience, blending mid-century modern decor with high-quality amenities. The open-concept living area features comfortable seating, a 50" Smart TV, and expansive glass sliders that create a seamless transition to the stunning backyard oasis.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped modern kitchen, complete with:

* Blender
* Coffee station with a ground coffee maker

This home comfortably sleeps six guests across three uniquely-themed bedrooms:

* A fire pit with comfortable chairs

* Multiple lounge areas and daybeds, including a shaded pergola
Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire house, backyard, pool, and all amenities for the duration of their stay. This is a completely private rental.

Because life is unpredictable, we strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment. Optional pool heating is available for a fee of $99 per night and must be reserved for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice before your arrival to ensure the pool is heated for your stay.
*** For Families: A highchair and a Pack ‘n Play are available upon request at no extra charge. We also provide plastic-ware and board games for your enjoyment.

A non-refundable pet fee of $75 per pet is required for all stays with pets to cover additional deep cleaning.
*** ADDITIONAL CLEANING REQUIREMENTS: *** To maintain the exceptional condition of the home, reservations of 45 consecutive nights or longer require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning at $150.00 per service (linen laundering not included), in addition to the departure cleaning fee. If a mid-term reservation is extended and becomes subject to this requirement, the applicable cleaning fee(s) will be added accordingly and reflected on the guest's final post-checkout invoice.

The house was great! Love the art. Close to downtown and grocery stores. Nice quiet street. The backyard and pool have privacy. Plenty of pool towels available. Beds were comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Water pressure not great. The initial check in instructions were wrong but Apek responded quickly (less than 10min at about 6pm).

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice, comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, and we had a great overall experience.The one negative during our stay was discovering a large surveillance camera mounted in the backyard, even though the listing describes the space as private.When we raised this with the property management company (APEK), they were extremely professional and responsive. They explained that the camera is there for security purposes and not for monitoring guests (though I imagine it could be used for both if it became necessary), and said they would update the listing to reflect its presence.Overall, it’s a great house and we had a great stay, just something to be aware of if backyard privacy is important to you.
