This fantastic retreat in the peaceful Los Compadres neighborhood will be the perfect place to call home for your next sunny vacation! Contemporary and modern with all new furniture, paint, flooring, and new dual pane windows, it's a perfect fit for those looking to unwind in a comfortable family home, bursting with amenities. Facing west, the backyard and pool are bathed in all-day sunshine and gorgeous evening sunsets behind the San Jacinto Mountains. You and your guests will enjoy dining al fresco on the outdoor dining table with seating for six and preparing meals on the gas BBQ grill. The chef's kitchen features top-end stainless appliances, granite counters, and two islands, yes two! There's also a bar area with a sink for whipping up cocktails each night. We enjoyed our stay in this lovely property. NThe yard is wonderfully landscaped, a great place to enjoy the outdoors. Inside the house was very comfortable, a great place to relax. It is very convenient to downtown.

We lived this home. The house was beautiful. The pool, spa and outside area we great. Lots to do at the house and a great location for local eating and things to do. We would highly recommend!

We spent 7 nights at this home and really enjoyed the beautiful backyard. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. It was at the end of a cul-de-sac and the neighborhood was extremely quiet. We will definitely stay here again!
