Welcome to your Lisbon escape—a charming three-bedroom apartment perched on the top floor of a traditional building in the heart of Bairro Alto. This bright and character-filled home features slanted ceilings, hardwood floors, and a small balcony that offers peaceful views over the tiled rooftops stretching toward the Tejo River.
The apartment includes two spacious bedrooms with queen-size beds and plenty of natural light, plus a cozy attic-style room with two single beds and a charming skylight—perfect for kids or friends. From the main bedroom, step out onto a small private balcony, an ideal spot for morning coffee or enjoying sunset views over the city.
The bright and functional kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher, along with a washing machine for your convenience during longer stays. A dining bar with stools provides a casual space for quick meals or relaxed dining.
The modern bathroom is clean and simple, featuring a full shower, sink, mirror, and toilet. Throughout the apartment, hardwood floors and sloped ceilings add warmth and character, while air conditioning in one bedroom and portable fans in the others ensure comfort year-round.
This warm and welcoming space comfortably sleeps up to six guests, making it an ideal home base for your Lisbon adventures. » Check-in is self-guided; instructions are sent on the arrival date only after online check-in is completed.
» Late night check-in: for arrivals between 21:00 (9 Pm) and 9:00 (9 Am) a late check-in fee of € 25 shall be applied. This amount should be paid in cash upon check-in.
» Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
» If guests lock themselves out of the property or do not return the keys to the lockbox at checkout, a 50 euros fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply. In case our team is unable to unlock the door and there is the need for specialized assistance, additional fees will apply.
» Accessing the apartment requires climbing steep and narrow stairs, as there is no elevator available.
» Please note that a €200 security deposit is required to book this property. The deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property, within 7 days of check-out.
» Due to its central location and the bar downstairs, some street noise is to be expected, especially on weekends.

Me and 4 friends got this place for 3 days and it was just what we were looking for. The host was very easy to communicate with and nice. If you are in Lisbon looking for a good time this is the place to be as the street below is loaded with bars busy all night long. However if you don’t like loud noise all night long this place is not for you. The place also has a little balcony which was perfect with a very nice view of the surrounding streets below. The place is 4 flights of stairs to get to which for us was not a problem. Overall this place was perfect for 5 young backpackers looking to have a good time and enjoy what Lisbon has to offer. Strongly recommend to anyone who likes to have a good time!
