You can enjoy the tranquility and an unobstructed view of the Ardèche from the large west-facing terrace, as well as a magnificent sunset.
A barbecue and an authentic pizza oven will make your evenings with friends truly special.
Accommodation
The house features an entryway, a main living area with a kitchen and a living room with a panoramic sofa bed (TV with Netflix, Prime Video), and a dining table; an office with a queen-size bed (160x200); a large shower room with double sinks; and a baby’s room with a pull-out sofa bed (high-quality mattress, 140x190) and a crib.
A second relaxation area with a pool table, a Bonzini foosball table, a leather sofa, and a Focal home theater system.
Two children’s bedrooms, each with two single beds (190x90), opening onto a bathroom (under renovation but usable) featuring double sinks and a whirlpool tub.
A final section featuring a laundry room, a master suite with a king-size bed (180), a separate toilet, and a modern double shower.
The house features a cooling floor system in every room.
A vegetable garden and an orchard will be at your disposal, depending on the season, so you can enjoy the harvests.
A chicken coop at the back of the property will allow you to enjoy fresh eggs every day in exchange for a few handfuls of feed.
