About this space:
Steps from the water, this modern coastal home is a great place to unwind. The private street has its own beach, and the town beach is a 5 minute walk by some great local seafood. Open up the windows in the enclosed porch and enjoy the sound of the ocean. Outdoor shower and private patio area in back, and 2 parking spaces in front. 10+ guests, 2 queen beds, 1 twin room, and a double/twin bunk bed setup. Chefs kitchen, dishwasher + washer/dryer. Beautiful sunrises/sunsets!
A quiet street in a small community, many surrounding families have been here for generations. It is a close knit and very safe area. Unbelievable sunrises/sunsets from the streets’ private beach. You will often be the only one on the beach at the end of the street, comb the beach for beautiful sea glass. Close to New Haven restaurants (Wooster St!), easy access to I91 & I95. Note: Check in is at 3:00/Checkout is at 11:00 - we are flexible with this (depending on other reservations) so please reach out with any questions or requests😊

Great place to stay! We loved how clean the house is and the outdoor shower. Open concept living room is perfect for hanging with your group. We will absolutely visit here again!
