Welcome to your getaway for everything Auburn. Walk to downtown Auburn and campus from this completely renovated townhouse.
This is perfect for football game weekends, basketball games, graduations, parent weekends, golf trip to Grand National, really just everything Auburn.
The space
The main level has a newly renovated kitchen that is fully stocked for all your needs, a large family room/den, dining area, powder bath, laundry room, coffee bar and large smart TV. Venture upstairs to the bedrooms and you will find a large secondary bedroom with 2 twin beds, a full bath in the hall, very large primary suite with 2 queen beds and private bath with double vanity. There is also a large fenced in backyard for your enjoyment.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property, other than the garage, currently being used as owner's storage.

We were in town for the Auburn-Georgia game (Auburn fans!) and couldn’t have been more happy with our rental! We were outside of town just enough that it was quiet but close enough for a nice walk into town. The condo was very clean and well stocked. It had plenty of parking and a wonderful back fenced in area. I would definitely purely stay here again!

We were able to walk to the Arena for graduation easily and back and forth often to the Toomer’s Corner area without having to park in the busy area. The townhouse was clean and comfortable!
