About this house rental
Our home is located in the heart of Cocoa Beach, FL. We have an eclectically decorated MCM house that is an experience like no other. Our canal waterfront home and dock is 2 blocks from the beach, minutes to amazing restaurants, bars, shops in downtown cocoa beach, and dolphins swimming in the backyard. We have 3 lovely bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, open floor plan, screened in patio, and finished garage with a pool table and additional lounge space. Welcome to the beach, can't wait to have you!
Our home is located on a quite and private canal surrounded road. We are a 5 minute walk from Publix. A 10 minute walk to the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront Hotel with free public beach access, restaurant, and a Tiki Bar in the sand.

This is one of the most incredible places you might visit in your entire lifetime. Seriously, this is definitely worth the bucket list!
Fun fact - it is the tallest one-story building in the world
Ron Jon Surf Shop - 4 minute drive from our home (biking distance)
This super famous flagship store is open 365. It covers 2 acres and is fridge magnet worthy
Fun fact - they have water sports equipment rentals and a surf school, if you want to try to hang ten
Riki Tiki tavern - 7 minute drive from our home (biking distance)
Awesome tiki bar at the end of the cocoa beach pier with 360 ocean views
Merritt Island Marina - 15 minute drive from our home

We absolutely loved this place! Loved the decorations, and the canal out back. We caught a few fish and even seen a family of manatees! We were able to watch a rocket launch from the front yard. I would 100 percent recommend. Our host was very helpful.

We had a great time excellent communication. Cassandra even let us know that a launch was taking place while we were there, which my grandkids loved. We used the kayaks, paddle board, surf board beach cart. There was enough seating for all of us to be in the living room. The beds were very comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel all supplied. We had a wonderful time! Thank you for the great time.
