Our home is the perfect vacation spot, featuring a tiki bar, pool, kayaks, paddle boards, and a private fishing dock. You can even bring the boat and take a sunset cruise right from the backyard or spend a day on the river tubing and water skiing!
The Space:
Our stunning waterfront home boasts a spacious living area with plenty of natural light and comfortable furnishings. The four bedrooms are beautifully appointed with high-quality bedding and linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. Our fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook delicious meals, with a dining area perfect for enjoying them. The large living room and giant, comfy sofa creates room for everyone to relax. The highlight of our home is undoubtedly the outdoor space, with a large pool and tiki bar perfect for entertaining, as well as kayaks and paddle boards to explore the beautiful waterways. Our private fishing dock is the perfect place to spend an afternoon or catch a rocket launch. The pool is perfect to relax by after a long day of sightseeing or playing on the beach.

Our home is centrally located in an amazing neighborhood in Cocoa Beach close to everything, where you will find a wide range of activities to enjoy. The nearby beach is world-famous for its surfing and sunbathing, while the local shops and restaurants offer something for everyone. The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is just a short drive away, as are other area attractions. Come and experience the best of Florida living in our stunning waterfront home.
Getting Around:
Shops and restaurants are within walking distance with Lyft and Uber available in the area.

Stayed here with my friends for a week and absolutely love this place. We would definitely stay here again. The dock and pool were awesome, it's a 10-minute walk to the beach, and the owner was super responsive with questions.
