The 150 sqm garden is meticulously maintained and enriched with numerous tree species, providing a relaxing green space. The spacious outdoor veranda and living room are both furnished with a six-seat table, ideal for outdoor meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, electric oven, fridge, freezer, gas stove, and all necessary accessories such as dishes and pots. Free parking is available.
Unlimited free Wi-Fi and a 40" LED TV allow you to stay connected even while on vacation. The two double bedrooms, along with the two bathrooms with showers, are ideally positioned to provide privacy and comfort. Both the living room and the bedrooms open onto the courtyard through French doors, seamlessly blending the indoor and outdoor spaces. Air conditioning and heating are provided by split air conditioners, and mosquito nets are available in the bedrooms and bathrooms for extra comfort.
