Located between Agay and Théoule, "Once upon a time" le Navire Hôtel... Mythical hotel from 1930 whose shape of an ocean liner sinking into the sea has caused a lot of ink to flow. Its location was exceptional, wedged between sea and mountains, the bow in the azure water of the Cap Roux National Reserve, the body clinging to the red rocks of the Natura 2000 protected park of Esterel, on the most beautiful road in the Var, the golden cornice. Time and a later restructuring, the domain of Cap Nérée was born, partly resuming the original form.
On the sea side, it's the nature with its creeks offering a magnificent palette of blues (see the photos of the creeks of Maupas and Maubois a few minutes away), the creek of Aurelle is 5 minutes walk. On the mountain side, the Pic d'Aurel dominates the residence and opens up the most beautiful hiking and cycling trails throughout the Esterel massif. Snorkeling, in the protected National Reserve of Cap Roux with direct access from the residence. The hinterland is full of picturesque villages perched in the mountains.

- The secure residence with caretaker was completly renovated in 2023/2024

Inside

- The apartment is a 3-room cabin of 55 m² with 2 double beds, opening onto a private garden terrace of 40 m2 on the 2nd large terrace of the residence with 5 apartments only, without immediate vis-à-vis neither above nor below. A few steps at the end of the terrace overlook the heated swimming pool and extend into the sea via 2 direct accesses.
It has been renovated, furniture and new kitchen.
- The linen (sheets and towels) is optionally managed by the concierge.

Outside
- The garden is furnished with a dining set and its integrated armchairs and poufs and a garden furniture with sofa and parasol
- Pets are not allowed.
- The apartment is non-smoking. You can smoke outside

A closed car park and 2 tennis courts 80 meters away complete the package.

A very convenient drop-off zone in front of the residence gate allows for the unloading of luggage and groceries.

The residence, built on a slope down to the sea via three terraces, includes stairs and is not recommended for people with limited mobility.

Due to its exceptional coastal location, the site is remote and requires a car.

- Small shops are a 15-minute drive away in Théoule and Agay, and supermarkets are located in Saint-Raphaël and Mandelieu.
- A coastal bus stop is located opposite the residence entrance, and the Le Trayas train station is 1.5 km away.

This apartment is more than a seasonal rental; it's my second home, and I've added a personal touch, making it a personalized home for my beloved and fragile belongings. I thank the hosts for taking care of this personalized environment.
