Luxurious 3-room apartment (big living room +2 bedrooms), 80 m2 living space, plus big, sun filled 32 m2 terrace, in complex 'Esterel Bay' – 150 m walk to the sandy beach - near restaurants and the marina La Figuerette (where you have the possibility of boat rental). Very comfortable for 6 people.

Exploring the area - Catch the ferry over to Iles de Lérins (Cannes Islands), make your own perfume in one of the many perfumeries in Grasse, Visit the Picasso museum in Antibes or the Renoir museum in Nice, Try your hand at glass blowing in Biot, Vallauris is very famous for its pottery, Monaco - see the Royal Palace, its view, or try your luck at the Casino, spend a day shopping in Cannes or why not just pop over into Italy for the weekly Friday market in Vintimille.
Last but not least: have dinner in St-Paul de Vence while enjoying the sea view at a distance.

We loved the appartement. We went in July 2024 and we go again in July 2025.When we came in the appartement, we were surpised how clean it was. And the rooms has a lot of space. The location is like paradise. Next to the beach and the pool is very nice.Because we loved it so much, we go again this year.

Un très bel appartement, très bien équipé : lave vaisselle, lave linge, équipements électroménager, …, très spacieux : une grande pièce à vivre donnant sur une grande terrasse avec vue piscine, dans une résidence de standing, avec concierge et avec parking sous terrain.
La piscine et la pataugeoire sont surveillées et avec des sanitaires propres.
Très bien situé, dans le massif côtier de l’Estérelle.
En traversant la route, on arrive au port : on peut y louer des bateaux, jet ski, canoé, pédalos, avec ces restaurants (mention particulière pour « La Marine ») et au bord de la plage de sable blanc.
Un petit commerce de proximité se trouve à 1km.
Un service de serviettes, linge de lit et de ménage sont proposés permettant d’avoir des valises plus légères et de ne pas stresser à faire le nettoyage avant le départ !
Le propriétaire et la concierge sont très aimables !

Appartement très bien équipé dans une résidence bien entretenue. Juste la rue à traverser pour se rendre à la plage de la Figueirette. Une location que je recommande pour des vacances en famille
