Reception – 5/5. Check-in was quick, efficient, and very welcoming. Rooms & Housekeeping – 4/5. The room, bed linen, and towels were clean. The room was equipped with a safe, refrigerator, and minibar (juice, Coca-Cola, Fanta, and beer). Shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, slippers, towels, and a hairdryer were all provided. The reason for the 4-star rating is explained below. Guest Relations – 5/5. The Guest Relations team was excellent. Every question or request was handled quickly and professionally. Food – 4.5/5. There was a good variety of dishes, and the chefs and restaurant staff did a great job throughout our stay. Hotel Grounds – 4/5. The territory is pleasant, with plenty of greenery, and even during peak occupancy it was still possible to find available sunbeds. Entertainment – 5/5. The animation team was energetic, friendly, and created a great atmosphere

Overall, we genuinely enjoyed our stay. This is a very good hotel with many strengths, and we would like to thank the management and staff for their hard work. The comments below are intended as constructive suggestions that could make the guest experience even better. Rooms & Housekeeping: Although the room was generally very clean, we noticed some dust under the bed near the headboard. The minibar was not replenished on two occasions during our five-night stay. This was not a major issue, but it is something guests naturally expect from a five-star hotel. We booked and paid for a room for four guests (2 adults and 2 teenagers aged 12+), yet several amenities were provided only for two people, including slippers, bathrobes, juices, and drinks in the minibar. It would be nice if these items matched the actual number of registered guests. One small detail that could also be reconsidered is the wardrobe hangers. Because they are fixed to the rail, they are rather inconvenient to use. We understand that this may be intended to prevent theft, but in a hotel of this standard it feels slightly out of place. The towel card system is understandable, but the hanger design reduces convenience for guests. Dining: During busy meal times it was sometimes difficult to find a table large enough for the whole family to sit together. Hotel Grounds: The grounds are clean and well maintained. However, the wooden pirate ship near the beach could benefit from some refurbishment, as it appears rather weathered compared to the rest of the resort. Beach: After periods of rough sea, the beach could have been cleaned more thoroughly. We even noticed some guests collecting small pieces of litter into piles themselves. Boardwalk: One unexpected issue was the number of cockroaches appearing after dark along the wooden walkway leading to the beach. They emerged from the gaps between the wooden planks. We hope this can be addressed as it may leave an unpleasant impression on guests.

We had an excellent stay and were genuinely impressed by both the hotel and its staff. A special thank you to Mr. Özgür at the front desk, Mr. Kadir, Ms. Ayşe, and Bar Chief Mr. Gökhan, whose dedication was clearly reflected in the excellent service provided by his team. The quality and variety of food and beverages were outstanding, with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. We also enjoyed the wide range of entertainment and activities available throughout the day for both adults and children. Despite the hotel being close to full occupancy, it never felt crowded or chaotic. There were always enough pools, sunbeds, and places to relax. The water slides were more than sufficient to keep both children and adults entertained. The location is excellent, and the beach is one of the hotel's strongest features. Everything was clean, well organized, and easy to access. No hotel is perfect, and there is always room for improvement. However, the staff made it exceptionally difficult to find anything worth criticizing. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to guests played a major role in making our holiday so enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful stay. We would be very happy to return.

There was very little to dislike. Some rooms and a few facilities are beginning to show their age, although everything was clean and well maintained during our stay. The only point worth mentioning is the common practice of reserving sunbeds with towels early in the morning and not using them for several hours. This is not specific to this hotel and is a common issue at many resort properties, but any measures to discourage it would further improve the guest experience.

Nice beach. Ali at the reception desk and the restaurant team were very hospitable and kind; this is always appreciated.

Everything is a rather worn off, from the toilet flush that either does not go off or then doesn’t stop to peeling stripes of paint in the halls and dusty carpets here and there. The bars serve concentrated juices and atrocious alcohol, the towels have seen better days, the public toilets aren’t exactly clean.
