Green Max Hotel

Hotel location is really nice , huge hotel with really good staff and so many activities and performances. But rooms are really old and dirty , hygiene is really poor. Just because of it being dirty i will not attend again.

Otel eski ve odalar da oldukça eski görünüyor. Balkon kapısı büyük camlı ancak onun dışında odada pencere bulunmuyor. Buna rağmen odalar temizdi. En beğendiğim yönü denizi ve sahili oldu. Sahil tamamen kum, denizin tabanı da kum olduğu için yürümek çok rahat. Ayrıca deniz bir anda derinleşmiyor; uzun süre sığ kaldığı için özellikle çocuklu aileler ve rahat yüzmek isteyenler için oldukça avantajlı. Ancak yemekler beklentimin oldukça altındaydı. Pizza, tavuk ve hamburger gibi ürünler lezzetsizdi. İçecekler vasat seviyedeydi. Tatlıların ise neredeyse hepsi birbirine benziyor ve çeşitlilik ile lezzet açısından zayıftı. Hizmet kalitesi de yetersizdi. Aç kalmazsınız, mutlaka karnınızı doyurursunuz. Ancak Belek bölgesindeki kaliteli otellerdeki yemek standartlarını bekliyorsanız hayal kırıklığı yaşayabilirsiniz. Menüde tavuk ve hindi ağırlıklı yemekler oldukça fazlaydı. Olumlu taraflarından biri de otelin yeşil alanlarının geniş ve bakımlı olmasıydı. The hotel is quite old, and the rooms also feel dated. The balcony has a large glass door, but there are no other windows in the room. On the positive side, the rooms were clean. The best part of the hotel is the beach and the sea. The beach is sandy, and the seabed is also sandy, making it very comfortable to walk into the water. Another big advantage is that the sea does not get deep suddenly. It stays shallow for a long distance, which is great for families with children and for anyone who enjoys a relaxed swim. However, the food was well below my expectations. The pizza, chicken dishes, and hamburgers were not tasty. The drinks were average at best. The desserts all looked and tasted very similar, with little variety and mediocre quality. The service was also quite weak. You won't go hungry, but if you expect the food quality of a typical high-end Belek resort, you will likely be disappointed. The menu relies heavily on chicken and turkey. One positive aspect is that the hotel has large, well-maintained green areas.

The staff didn’t look that happy. I’m guessing this is because of the management. The drinks could be better but good for price. The food and amenities are amazing

Staff are not willing to be of any help. We have literally stayed in every hotel in the area and all of them at least are willing to help with a late check out until 2pm, some even much later. However at green max they are not willing to budge even a little and directly demand a payment by the hour after 12pm. When you calculate the cost of a late checkout until 7pm it’s equivalent to a one nights stay which to me seems absurd. Other hotels are willing to give this time free for guest satisfaction but i see here that this is not a priority. The hotel location is as good as any other resort in the area, the beach, pool and outside facilities are satisfactory. However it is a pretty old hotel that is very under dated, the rooms are old with minimal electrical outlets (none next to the bed), outdated design and furniture, and for a hotel claiming to be 5 stars you would at least expect a kettle in the room with some tea and coffee. Minibar is a very old fridge that barely cools anything and minimally stocked compared to every other resort in the area. Food and drinks are ok however both lack in quality. The juice machine literally tastes like a cup of sugar with sour water added on. Overall if your looking for somewhere to sleep and go to the beach, it will do. But if you’re looking for a holiday to fulfill your expectations i would say choose otherwise.
