    We felt like we were assigned one of the worst rooms in the hotel—Room 510, located in a corner on the B1 level. As soon as we entered, there was a strong musty smell. It only became slightly better after running the air conditioner all night. Even the towels stored in the wardrobe had a heavy moldy odor, and we had to request fresh towels before we could use them. The bathroom had no door, which offered almost no privacy. There was also no shampoo provided，only two bottles labeled “shower gel.” The most surprising part was the bedding. There was no proper duvet or blanket at all. Instead, we were given what looked like a large, extremely thin towel and told it was the blanket. It was actually thinner than a regular bath towel, making it very uncomfortable to sleep with. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay and did not meet the standard we expected.

    This hotel is situated in an ideal location close to all Restaurants, Shops,Bars and cafe's the staff here are very friendly and helpful would definitely recommend staying here.

    There is no ventilation in the bathroom, fresh Air comes via the front door or room windows. The room is very small, it’s hard to open two suitcases. In 3 days the cleaning person has not swept the room/ wiped the room or vacuum cleaned. The room windows can not be looked (ground floor). The breakfast area is very small with 5 tables for 2 each. 2 more tables are outside in the cold.
