-Check in was at a different address completely.
-Room was not ready at check-in time 4pm.
-Room did NOT have a balcony or patio as described.
-Only view was a window overlooking the walkway. Which had a light outside that the blinds could not block out. Room was not dark at night.
-Ceiling fan blades dangling barely hanging on and bulbs dead.
-No waterfall to gaze upon.
-Areas under construction not notated in description.
For the price, this place was great. Still nicer than some of the other local hotels. The big issue is it was not how it was described in the listing. Other things such as check in could be explained in better detail as the resort is a different address than the check in office. It would have been nice to know construction was ongoing.
