10 Minute drive to Beaver Stadium! Located in Boalsburg near Kellys Steakhouse, Duffys Tavern & Pump Station Coffee Shop. Great place to take a walk before or after games or graduations. Nice Weber grill out back in a family neighborhood.

A perfect home to stay in for a football weekend! Spacious home, comfortable beds, easy access to restaurants, gasoline, and the highway. Just down the road from the Pennsylvania Military Museum and it's beautiful campus as well. Only a couple minutes down the road from State College, with the benefit of staying in a nice quiet neighborhood.
