About this apartment rental
AMAZONE BIS - This approximately 50-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of an older house divided into three independent apartments.
The property is located on Avenue des Amazones in Saint Georges Didonne (in the Parc neighborhood), 150 meters from the beach. It can accommodate 4 adults or up to 5 people, including children, and has 2 bedrooms.
To the left of the entrance is the fully equipped kitchen (oven, countertop refrigerator, induction cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.).
To the right of the entrance is the living room, furnished with a sofa, a TV, and internet access.
A dining table is available for your use. From this area, you have direct access to the 7m² balcony. Outdoor furniture is also available, as well as a plancha grill.
The bathroom has a shower, a single sink, and a towel warmer. The toilet is separate.
A washing machine is available.
Finally, there are two bedrooms:
- The first has a 160-bed.
- The second has a loft bed, consisting of one 140-bed and one 90-bed (please only allow children to sleep on the upper bed, with a weight limit of 50 kilos).
Free street parking available.
Grande Conche Beach is just 150 meters from the apartment. The heart of the Parc neighborhood is also within walking distance (market, bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, and playground).
Linens are not included in the price but can be provided upon request for an additional fee, as can made-up beds. Duvets and pillows are available
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
Bicycles can be stored behind the house, out of sight (at your own risk).
This accommodations are not accessible to people with disabilities.

Great location. Stairs to the property. Sleeps 5 people but the kettle is only small, enough for 2 and a half cups!! Need a BIGGER kettle. Check the size of the beds if bringing your own bedding as the double room without the single on top,has a bigger matress than a UK double so a fitted double sheet does not fit. If you need them to supply linen towels etc..check their prices they are very expensive!! Booklet about the property tells you that if you break any of their 'rules' you will be fined. Putting bins out late, wrong bins, leaving not at their specified times, all incurrs fees. Breakages etc... The concierge was a different one at departure than the one at arrival.We discussed this issue with the fines and they just dismissed it and explained it was a large company running it and they use a blanket rule book. Very intimidating, not what you want on your holiday. Would I come back to this property, no I would not. Building work taking place right outside where our upstairs terrace is, no view...I'd be careful booking this property if they don't show you the view from the terrace as looking at the footings, an L shaped house is being built. Depending on the storeys it may take away your light and privacy. BEWARE.
