Summary:
Beautiful spot located in the center of town a short walk to the beach, hiking trails, shops restaurants. Great day trips to Muir Woods, Point Reyes, Bolinas, Tamales Bay, Marshall Store for best food in west marin! Prawn, tri-tip, pulled pork sandwiches (great oysters), . This is a great place for new adventures, for lovers of nature and the sea. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy and relax.
The Space:
Beautiful 1 bedroom bungalow with an open kitchen/living floor plan. Light colors, beach decor, Comfy cozy bedroom all fresh white linens, down comforter and pillows. Extra blankets, Fireplace and White pedestal dining table and comfy chairs. Lots of windows for light. Floors are porcelain wood style. Please keep shoes off inside bungalow to help with sound travel and sand. Full kitchen set up with most necessities in the event you decide to cook and stay in. This is a very special unique property in that it is one of the few places with a generous piece of land to enjoy in the center of town where you can walk everywhere. Locals tell the story of it being a spiritual place in the 60's. In my opinion the good juju still remains. Easy, relaxing beautiful place a short walk to the beach. Great spot to put your feet up or enjoy a great hike. Matt Davis Trail and Dipsea trail are just steps away.
Open floor plan makes it easy to enjoy and share the space. White running bond tiles and Carrera marble counters in the kitchen. Light decor, Comfy Down comforter and comfy pillows. Private sitting area with fire pit to enjoy after a great day at the beach!
The bungalow is one of several cottages/bungalows located in the center of Beautiful Stinson Beach village at the base of Mount Tamalpais. All Bungalows have private entrances. They are bright and airy and when the night quiets you can hear the sea as you fall asleep.

Once your reservation has been confirmed you will be able to access the guest resources portion on Vrbo for details and access information. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to host your visit have a lovely time at the beach and its beautiful surroundings.
The Neighborhood:
Our Stinson Beach Village is a quaint seaside village at the base of Mt. Tamalpais. The locals are great friendly and welcoming people. You can always count on the The Parkside restaurant a for the best coffee and fresh locally made pastries. A few more steps from the Parkside and you will find yourself on the beach. Everything is in close proximity so folks usually walk everywhere. One interesting fact about Stinson is it is one of the only towns with no Stop lights.
Getting Around:
Muir Woods, Point Reyes, Tamales Bay, Marshall store for best food!Nicks Cove, Bolinas are all fun day trips to do in the area. The bungalow is also approximately a 25 minute beautiful drive to SF along the coast on Hwy 1. There is also a local bus which will take you to the town of Mill Valley. We recommend a rental car since there are so many beautiful coast drives and fun day trips to make.
We are also steps away from two well known hiking trails like Matt Davis and Dipsea trials!
Other Things to Note:
Please note Stinson Beach Village is on septic system so please be sensitive with regards to the use of the toilet tp ONLY please. No wipes (even if it says flushable) it will not biodegrade in the septic system. Thank you!

Looks exactly like the picture. Large, clean, light, airy, well equipped and SHORT walking distance to everything. Private parking! Lovely place.

Loved being 3 min walk from the beach and Parkside cafe! I would definitely stay here again. This cottage specifically had a great bed but the couch was quite uncomfortable, but the pullout bed was fine. The rugs in the bedroom and living room were pretty dirty and could be replaced or cleaned, but other than that it was very clean and pleasant!
