About this cottage rental
This charming hillside cottage is perched just above Stinson Beach Village and around the corner from the Stinson Beach Market. It features floor to ceiling glass bi-fold doors that provide indoor/outdoor living. The cottage has a gas range and a fully equipped kitchen. There is high-speed-wireless internet, a flat screen HD Smart TV, and a large deck with ocean views. In addition to the queen bed, the unit has a pull out couch that sleeps one or two small children. This sleeper couch is not comfortable for adults. This unit is one of two side-by-side sister cottages that can be rented individually or together at a discount (inquire for rates). The two cottages share one continuous deck (divided by a sliding gate) with panoramic ocean views. Gas Grill. Please note that the property is accessed by a fairly long hillside staircase, and the entrance to the cottage next door (#6) is accessed by passing through the front deck of this cottage( #5). Street parking only. No Pets Allowed. Bed Configuration: 1 Queen, 1 Sofa Bed

This was a great little cottage with a beautiful view. Overall, the host was very communicative and welcoming. The couch needs a deep clean, but other than that the property was great! We were lucky enough to not have a neighbor stay right next to us the whole time, so that made the stay a little more peaceful.

It was great overall. It was close to downtown and the beach. The place had almost everything that one could think of. The deck had great views and very nice for sun bathing. The bed was very comfortable and clean.

The unit was very convenient with expansive views of the ocean and the hills. For the cost I would have expected a little more on the inside. The sofa and sofa pillows were dirty/stained and in need of cleaning. The sofa bed was awful. The deck furniture was dirty/stained and in desperate need of cleaning. The deck could use a powerwash. Many of the dishes were sticky from the open shelving and not having been washed. There were no extra blankets for the sofa bed. The bed in the bedroom could use an update as well. It just seemed that everything needed an update. Kathy in the rental office was wonderful. When the nano doors didn't quite work she had Pine Tree, the handyman come and take a look and he got them to open for us. The customer service was great.It was a great unit to sit on the deck and people watch for sure. The full time neighbors were awesome! We actually had a drink next door one night with them. Super kind and generous people.I'd love to stay again but would need the place to be in better shape.
