Three large bedrooms are spread across this gorgeous home. On one end of the home, the master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom. On the other end of the living area is another bedroom, with two queen beds and another full bathroom right across the hallway. On the opposite end of the home is the last bedroom, with a queen bed & two twin beds, connected to another full bathroom.

There are three full bathrooms in this house. The master bedroom ensuite has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. The bathroom next to the bedroom with two queen beds has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. The last bathroom, connected to the third bedroom, also has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

The kitchen and dining area is loaded with walls of glass, creating lots of natural light & easy access to all the amenities in the backyard. The kitchen is modern and follows an open layout, with all new stainless steel appliances and a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).
Right next to the kitchen is the large dining area, with a huge dining table that can comfortably seat 10 below a fun, beachy neon sign & direct access to the back pool deck!

Right in the center of this home is the grand living space, with high, vaulted ceilings, a big smart TV, lots of comfortable seating, board games, card games, and shuffleboard. Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.
From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.
This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.
Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.

We had an amazing stay in Largo, Florida! The house truly had everything we needed and more—it was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked, which made settling in effortless. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and easy, taking all the stress out of our arrival and departure.We really appreciated how well everything was set up, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time from the moment we walked in. It felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Loved all the activities -outside and in, and heated pool. Plenty of kitchen supplies, and coffee pods were nice touch. Had trouble getting in initially and had to use 3rd code option provided, otherwise great host communication. Cute property, matched description. Was a little wary of neighborhood when driving in, but no issues. 10 minute drive or so to nice beach. Recommend 'Amici' as a restaurant within close drive. Long wait but great food. Overall worked great for our short visit!

Great location on a quiet street while still being very close too the beach and shopping. Pool was awesome and my son loved the theatre room!
