We had a wonderful stay at this cozy one bedroom getaway. It has a beautiful outdoors area with pool and plenty of lounging. Pet friendly, our dog enjoyed walks in this nice neighborhood. Overall, comfy and relaxing!

Jean is a great host and very responsive! This was a great location, easy walk to the beach. The outdoor space is added bonus.

The ad for the condo stated 3 bedrooms. When we got there she let us in downstairs, which is what the pictures showed. But it was only 1 bedroom. She was very nice, and let us go upstairs to the 3 bedroom. She stayed downstairs and her dog barked a lot she coughed a lot. The next morning she told us that we got a "hell of a deal" because she rents the upstairs for double than what she does the downstairs, but wouldnt kick us out because noone else was coming. The house seems clean. The oven was dirty and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The place is nice and she was very nice and tried to make up for the mishap. I think if i would have known she would be there the whole time, i wouldnt have rented. I felt like i couldnt relax with her there.we didnt spend a lot of time at the condo because we were out exploring boston. She is a new renter, so I think she has some kinks to work out. The neighborhood was nice and the pool was nice. It just was not as advertised. And it didnt feel private.
