A great timeshare the direct ocean view penthouse 3 bd 2 bth 42 plasma 25ft deck w/d 2 NEW kitchen floor 8/23 NEW this June queen beds , 1 Bunk bed and 1 fold down couch full size , love seat , gas fireplace walk to beach . bars less than 5 min mini golf carousel arcades . free parking space, wifi internet, full stocked kitchen, bleach cleaned white sheets and towels.This is a great family friendly place as many things to do on the beach. Should you need more units I have others next to this one 4 bed and studio units. June July August rates are quoted after inquiry . rates subject to change.
I require you to call me with any issues prior to staying the first night . No reviews then telling me .

Absolutely Stunning Stay!This condo exceeded all expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the amazing view—breathtaking at any time of day! The location was perfect, and the host was friendly and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and incredible scenery!

The place wash clean and cozy. It is a bit dated but it in no way hindered our great experience. Everything works nothing broken down. The large bathroom is only accessible through the kids room so that was a little bit of a challenge but we managed it! The views and neighborhood is so amazing it makes up for it! Peter was wonderful to work with and made check in and out very easy. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants! I never wanted to leave the patio and the views!
