This 1920's Spanish Revival home is located in Bradenton's historic River District and close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Only a 10 mile drive to the popular Anna Maria Island and a short distance to downtown Bradenton where you can enjoy local dining with picturesque water views. Enjoy a walk in our charming neighborhood. Or enjoy a relaxing stroll along the Manatee River, making your stay a dream come true!

You will enjoy two very spacious king bedrooms and one small bedroom that also serves as an office, making working from "home" a breeze. Wifi printer available upon request.

Great family home. Very happy overall. Well appointed, didn’t have to go buy anything to be comfortable in the house or to cook. Quiet street, very lovely, but worth noting that it’s the first house off a very busy street. A parking lot separated it from this main thoroughfare. But that wasn’t a problem for us. Location was fine, 25 min drive to the beach, access to grocery store etc very close by. My only complaint was the bathrooms could have been cleaner and the shower/tub could benefit from reducing the decorative curtains and having simpler ones that could open freely and let in light. Otherwise everything was great.
