The newly renovated, detached vacation home (approx. 85) is located on private property (the landlord’s house is in the immediate vicinity of the vacation home) in a quiet, small village near the small town of Bad Sülze. The vacation home offers a complete living unit. The vacation home features its own terrace with outdoor seating. Directly behind the vacation home is a treehouse with a swing, a nest swing, a slide, and a pull-up bar. Parking for one car is free of charge. The house features a fully equipped, new kitchen, in-floor heating, and a fireplace. The living room features a sleeping alcove with a TV under the roof. The bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, and access to the outdoor terrace. Wi-Fi is available. Bed linens and towels are included in the rental price. Bad Sülze is located approximately 6 km from the A20 highway and has all the amenities you need for daily life (shops, restaurants, bakeries, butchers, a doctor’s office, a pharmacy, a hair salon, etc.). The distance between the vacation home and Bad Sülze is approximately 2 km and can be covered on foot. The vacation home is located halfway between the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Stralsund. The Marlow Bird Park, a very popular destination, is about 8 km away, and a swimming lake with a snack bar and ice cream stand is about 5 km away. Both destinations can be reached easily and safely via a bike path. Bad Sülze has a salt museum and a spa park. Karls Erlebnisdorf in Rövershagen is about 33 km away. Rostock can be reached in about 25 minutes.
