Located just 1.2 miles from downtown Folly Beach, you are a short drive or bike ride away from local shops, markets, live entertainment, and excellent dining. Parking: Free parking for up to 5 vehicles in the double driveway.

Excellent location. Beautiful views from windows and deck. We rented bikes and easily rode to restaurants and coffee shops, but enjoyed actually staying further from the crowds. The house is stocked with everything you need, and a walkway from the deck takes you straight to the beach. There’s an outdoor shower with privacy fence for washing after the beach, and a separate spigot to wash feet right by the deck. Our only complaints were that the washer and drier were a bit finicky, the bed in the master bedroom was hard and uncomfortable, and the stocked pillows were flat. Yet even with these complaints we would rent again and bring our own pillows next time!

Absolutely perfect location on Folly Beach. Ocean right outside the back. Screened porch and open porch in back and open front porch were perfect for relaxing or ocean watching. Large house with plenty of room. Agency was terrific about addressing a situation that was out of their control and compensating us appropriately. The cleaning crew should do a bit better, maybe deeper clean. But we loved the house and its location, even Imelda didn’t ruin our stay. You will enjoy this place for sure.
