About this house rental
Be our guest at our BRAND NEW family vacation home! We've had this property for years but only recently built a stilt home, and it's available for select periods. Located on the Homosassa River with exceptional views and private dock space to tie up your boat (boat launch is only 1 mile away). Direct access to the Gulf of Mexico for all your fishing needs. 3/2 beautifully decorated bedrooms and an expansive porch overlooking the water. You will be located just a short paddle to the infamous Springs where you can swim with the manatees or take a boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico for excellent fishing and other outdoor activities. Walking distance to Freedom Boat Club (for rentals), and many popular restaurants. 20% discount for 7-day rentals and 50% discount for 28+ day rentals.
Note: No events or parties allowed. Beds and home accommodates six people maximum (including children). There are external cameras on site. Internet provided for your own personal streaming TV services. The downstairs shed will remain locked but there is significant room outside. No pets.

Modern house with all the comforts and amenities of home, but in a rental property. We enjoyed the spacious, clean, well thought out home, 360 degree water views, huge screened in porch, quiet neighborhood, and ample outdoor space. The owners were great!

This property was everything we could have wanted in a stay in Homosassa. The house was beautiful with special touches that made it very comfortable for our group. The location was great on the water with a large, enjoyable outdoor patio. We had a great stay here and look forward to staying here again soon.

Awesome property, lots of room inside and porch was a plus. Lot's of extra's available and great dockage. Couldn't have asked for more. Will definitely be back next year for a longer stay. Thank you!
