About this house rental
This bright, spacious two-story home is just 1 block from the Ocean. ( 1452 MERMAID) Fully stocked kitchen with open concept. Four bedrooms with TVs in each bedroom. Double deck with upstairs bedroom opening to private deck and sitting area. Downstairs deck that wraps around front and side of house. Master downstairs has private entrance to deck with outside sitting area. Lots of outside tables and chairs for eating, and lounge chairs for sunbathing. Downstairs/Underneath area with seating area and outdoor TV. Gas grill provided / propane gas. Outside shower with hot and cold water. A complimentary golf cart is available - the driver must have a valid drivers license and be 21 - owner's house rules.
Must be 25 to rent the house and 21 to drive the golf cart. There is a parking fee that must be paid directly to Ocean Lakes. For more information about Ocean Lakes - go the their web site. Ocean Lakes Family Campground, Myrtle Beach, SC. You will be able to read about this awesome vacation destination, their rules and regulations. Which must be followed/obeyed at all times. Beach chairs are included. Lots of activities inside the park - you arrive and enjoy without leaving the park. It has everything you will need. Site 1452 Mermaid.
This house is located in the award winning Ocean Lakes Family campground at 6001 South Kings Highway, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. With nearly a mile of oceanfront shoreline, this 310 acre park has much to offer such as: Ocean Lakes Sandy Mart offering groceries, gifts, beachwear, and clothing.
Ocean Lakes Pizza - Carryout food or eat at Sandy's Meet n' Eat pick-up window- don't forget the ice-cream.
Ocean Lakes Golf Cars or Ocean Lakes RV Center. Laundry - Fluff n' Fold.
Local attractions include The Carolina Opry, Pirate's Voyage Adventure, Many Golf Courses, Lots of great places to eat. The Airport is a 10 minute drive.

Check in was smooth and Cathy was wonderful with communication. This house was the best we've stayed in on the Ocean Lakes property. It was well stocked, clean, and fabulous for a family vacation!

We loved this house in Ocean Lakes! Cathy was amazing to work with! Super responsive to messages/questions and very accommodating! This house was perfect for our family. Location was great and house was spotless. It had everything we needed and more! We didn’t want to leave! Would definitely stay there again!!

Lots of fun cruising on golf carts, water slides, lazy river. Beautiful weather. Close to beach .

This house was perfect for our family. We liked the location and Cathy was great. She stayed in touch and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.
