In addition, on the same floor, guests can find a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Some stairs lead to the upper floor that features three bedrooms with a queen-size bed. Two bathrooms with shower complete the layout. At guests’ disposal amenities such as washing machine, iron, mosquito nets, air conditioning in the bedrooms and heating for colder days.*Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property.*The road to the sea is rocky and not easily accessible.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport is 54,6 km away from the apartment.

Good location with quick access to a rocky beach. Modestly equipped kitchen with a medium-strength gas stove. Need to follow the local trash collection schedule. Predominately white light so bright your own light bulb if you prefer warm light. Property management not responsive during the weekend.

An amazing property. Large roomy home, big beds, nice kitchen with gas stove, outdoor portico, tennis court, and stunning grounds. Very clean. View of Tyrrhenian Sea is breathtaking. Room for two to three cars on property. There is a remote control security gate. You can walk down to the ocean if you are careful to see a pretty reef/rock beach. A solar panel provides hot water. On cloudy days the owner can remotely engage the liquid propane (LP) water heater to supplement the solar system. You should ask them to do this. We asked for extra towels and promptly received a giant bag full of them. The water is not potable (drinkable), but is perfectly safe for cooking, brushing your teeth, and taking a shower. This is very common in the area, and other parts of Sicily, and should not deter you. We used bottled water which is extremely cheap in the area. This rental is also great because of the proximity to all kinds of places, such as Palermo, Corleone, Mezzojuso, Agrigento, and Cefalu. Just nearby is the Wonderful town of Santa Flavia, which has eateries, bakeries, cafés, and nice little shops. We gave this property five stars in respect except for check-in, which we gave four stars, because the individual turning over the keys was an hour late. But like everything else in Sicily each supposed disappointment always results in some other pleasantry. While we waited for our host, we went to a very nice little eatery in Santa Flavia and had a great time.

It was like a puzzle to find the place; Wonderful Italy website platform is a joke; local host showed up to get his 32 Euros and left never to be heard from again. Place was mostly clean. Daughter said sand was in her bed upstairs. Kitchen was fine and thanks for recently replacing the coffee machine and washer. Views outside the back overlooking the sea were awesome. Should leave detailed instructions for TV use. the requirement to put sorts of waste/recycle in plastic bags but you provide none is a nonstarter.
