Please be aware that exterior restoration work is scheduled at the property during the winter months. While the work is being completed, guests may experience construction noise and temporary restrictions to balcony access.
November–December:
The most significant construction activity is expected during these months. Work will include concrete repairs to balconies/patios and stairwells, including jackhammering and other concrete-related work. A drainage system will also be installed at the 3rd stack, along with concrete leveling. Construction crews and engineers are expected to be on site daily until this phase of the project is complete. Guests should anticipate periods of significant construction noise during daytime hours.
January–February:
Construction activity is expected to be less intensive than during November and December. Work will include repairs to slab edges, spalling concrete, cracks, and other areas of the building. Deck coating will also be applied, which is a multi-step process. During portions of this work, balconies may be temporarily unavailable for approximately one week at a time. Ceiling painting will also take place during this period.***

• Trailers and RVs are prohibited on the property.
• Minimum age to rent is 25.
• The Romar Place HOA strictly enforces a maximum of eight guests per unit, including children, and a maximum of two vehicles.
• Registered guests are not allowed to have visitors on the property during the summer season (May through Labor Day).
• Mail and packages cannot be sent to the unit or property.

We loved the balcony view. Beautiful view of the beach. 4th floor was excellent. We loved the patio furniture which was great for morning coffee. We loved that the Walmart and other shopping and great restaurants were near by. We loved Docs, Sunset Grill in Perdido, and Zekes.

This place was so clean, had little extra kitchen supplies ( apple slicer, juice pitcher), access to a broom and vacuum. Very quiet , gorgeous view. Just really enjoyed the unit and the property.

The condo itself was very nice and clean. We had everything we needed for our vacation. The property was clean as well. The one complaint is the blonde woman at the security desk. Very rude with the two encounters we had with her. She brought down the mood every time we had to deal with her. We were treated like children and yelled at for one of us forgetting to wear our wristband one day. I did not deduct any stars because it's not the owners fault. But she was terrible to deal with and made our trip less pleasant.

The condo complex and amenities were great, but there were some maintenance and cleaning issues that added up. When we got there it was obvious the cleaning crew does not take pride in their work. Ten minutes in to being there my crawling baby had an entirely black leg from scooting around on the dirty floor. Additionally, we had two king size beds that were made with queen size bedding. Some maintenance issues we encountered included a patio door that did not lock. Property management told us that it was not their problem and we needed to take it up with iTrip. Additionally, we spent three days trying to track down someone at the front to get us a second parking pass. Finally, the condo claimed to be baby friendly, but the tub was missing a drain plug and with no grip in the base it made for a difficult time giving baths. And the outlets that were not attached to the walls and cockroaches made for a less than relaxing time managing small children.
While we might choose to stay at Romar place again, this would not be a condo we would revisit.
