Condo, 3 Bedrooms (King in Master, Queen in Middle, and Two Full Beds in back bedroom), 3 Baths, (Sleeps 8)
Three bedroom, three bath, fourth floor, end unit with wrap around balcony directly on the Gulf. Great for families with kids, this condo is beautifully furnished and decorated in a beach motif. The balcony is accessible from living room, dining room, and master bedroom and directly overlooks the beach. Romar Place 406 has a spectacular panoramic view, especially from its 4th floor perch. All the pictures you see were taken in and from the unit and from the balcony.
Great complex for families with kids, our association spends in excess of $64,000 for on site security. They do require armbands to be worn on site to ensure only renters are utilizing the property.
Great room has a 55in flat screen Roku TV, DVD player. Cable is accessible to all TV's Dining table that seats four with 4 additional at the breakfast bar. Fully-equipped kitchen, including stainless steel appliances.
The master suite, recently update in 2021, has a king-size bed, 26in wall mount flat screen Roku TV, private bath, and two six by eight feet sliding glass doors leading to the gulf front deck. The second suite has its own private deck, full bath, two full beds, flat screen smart TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen wall hung Roku TV , and full bath. Full-size washer and dryer with iron and ironing board.
The balcony and view will will wash those worries away!! You might want to spend your entire time there. But really, if the dates are right, you need to BOOK IT NOW!! You know there are a dozen other people looking at it right now.

We love the location and access to the beach is so easy. Enjoy sitting on the balcony and watching for dolphins. We saw so many this year! Clean and well equipped.

We loved how clean and well step up everything was. The staff, particularly Loretta, went out of their way to be helpful when we were there and as we prepared to leave. The balcony was our favorite spot and we spent a lot of time eating together and lounging/reading/visiting there. Our hostess, JaNae, was very responsive when we had a question. We would love to come back again!

Beautiful view! Nice unit with great space! Perfect location and easy to access the beach! Definitely would recommend this rental.

Our stay was nice, but 2 bathrooms need remodeled. Needs different cleaning crew. Found hairs (from others), food under/around couch & bed. Rugs, nicer towels (towels & rough), some railing on balcony were loose. We were not told that there was a parking fee. (On the site it stated 2 parking passes provided.) The whole Romar Place needs remodeled, pools condos & even elevators .The location was great & we will be sure to go back to orange beach but use a different home.
