About this apartment rental
Live among the friendly locals in one of the sweetest little pueblos of Spain. Three minute scenic walk to the beach along Villajoyosa's famous bright colored fishermen's houses. Our spectacular Central Beach is arguably the most beautiful one of the Costa Blanca. We renovated our historic building with love and care to offer our guests the same comfort, coziness and cleanliness we look for when travelling ourselves. A brand new airconditioning will ensure comfort during the hot summer months. The apartment's cozy bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed with quality mattress and private bathroom with shower and wash basin. A separate toilet is right off the spacious living room and small terrace overlooking the 13th century fortified walls. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, large fridge, and beautiful view of the sea and harbor where one can feast their eyes on the fishing boats returning from sea with their daily fresh catch. In addition to your private terrace, you have full access to the roof terrace with breathtaking views of both sunrise and sunset. Lounge chairs are present on your roof terrace to make your stay complete. This apartment is the perfect place for two guests, an individual traveler or digital nomad. Our beautifully renovated easy stairs will lead you to your third floor apartment. Linens/sheets, bath and beach towels, beach chairs are all provided. Airco and wifi are included. Built against a 13th century fortress in the heart of Casco Antiguo, our renovated home offers additional apartment combination and rental opportunities upon request. Unlike other Spanish coastal areas, Villajoyosa is still authentic where Family, Food, Friends and Fiesta are at the core of daily life and culture.

This is our second year with two wonderful hosts. From this property, walk to the beach, the market, or the chocolate factory. Villajoyosa is an ancient and still largely undiscovered gem of a place and this special property and hosts make it even more so. We’ll be back next year.

We had a lovely stay in Giselle's apartment in the cosy old centre of villajoyosa. The apartment is super clean and well equipped. Also very nicely situated in the centre of the old city with view on the sea. We would stay here again for sure.

From the beginning to the end of our stay our hosts Giselle & Errol were incredible. Their place was immaculately clean, they made the check-in process easy, were very helpful with suggestions regarding the area and Alicante as a whole & were quick to respond if we had doubts about how something worked, or didn't work. The sunrises & sunsets were incredible over the city of Villijoyosa (La Vila Joiosa) and when we left we felt like we had made new friends. We look forward to returning in the future.
