Only a few miles from Bethany Beach this beautifully decorated third floor unit offers 4 bedrooms with 3 full baths and is nestled within unspoiled land and gently lapping inland waterways ---just the perfect place to relax, refresh and re-energize! Some amenities include central air conditioning; full kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, Keurig coffee maker, 5 TVS with Roku and apps for renters to login to their streaming service accounts including Netflix and Disney, 2 DVD/Blu-ray players, Wi-Fi, screened porch with views of ponds and bay and deck. Nice property. However, the unit itself had its maintenance issues. Hopefully , it will be fixed for the next group. We had a great time . The unit is close to the pool and outdoor activities like basketball. Nice walking sidewalk around the property. If you canoe, there is a place to enter the water. This unit does have a water view. ( in the distance) o
