About this house rental
Gorgeous cedar-clad holiday home. Modern and all on one level with fully fenced yard, north facing outdoor deck with seating for 10. This bach is a 300m stroll through the park with tennis courts to beautiful lake, marina & shop.
We purchased this property in March 2023 and have refurbished it to be a perfect holiday escape especially for families and respectful adults. The bookshelf is stacked with board games and best selling books. There’s a Webber BBQ, new espresso machine, two lounge areas with Smart TVs in each, kids rumpus with games and a ping pong table (converted dining).
Magnificent location. We are nestled between the famous Golf Course and Kinloch domain with playground and tennis court. Stroll through the domain to the shop, lake and marina.
We love the walks and mountain bike tracks including Kawakawa Bay and Great Lakes. Entry to Whangamata Reserve is next to our neighbour’s house!
This house can accomodate up to 10 in 4 bedrooms (one is large rumpus with pull out couch). Cot available on request. Large yard ideal for cricket (bat, ball, tennis rackets provided).
Dogs welcome in communal areas only (section is fenced and gated).
This house is set up as a relaxing retreat with all mod cons. Perfect for families.

We had a fabulous two weeks staying at this lovely bach. It was super cosy, with a great bunk room with TV for teens and an en suite for us. It was in a central location with an easy walk to the lake. Excellent communication from the owners who were happy to accommodate us. We really enjoyed staying here and would happily book it again! Thank you to the hosts.

This property is such a find. The location is excellent. It is close to everything and lovely and quiet. The house itself is spacious, plenty of room for every one. Having two bathrooms / toilets makes it easy when there is more than one couple staying. A great outdoors living and dining area with the addition of a louvred roof to adjust depending on the weather.Safe back yard for little animals and kiddies.All one level so perfect for my elderly parents.Plenty of games and great selection of fiction and non fiction books.The television has Netflix and Disney streaming services.Comfy couches to relax on.If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet, easy to stay in then you will not be disappointed.

A nice property with lovely low decks outside each sliding door, with generally good and well maintained facilities. Suggest that a larger sized fridge should be provided, considering the advertised maximum number of occupants, (especially for summer) and a bit better standard of cutlery.
