About this house rental
Located 1.5 miles from all Downtown Plymouth has to offer and 3 minutes from easy access to I-275, this entire home has been fully renovated in 2023 and thoughtfully designed with you (our guests) in mind.
The Ferguson House is located on a peaceful street, across from a private park. The space features professionally designed amenities and decor, 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, high-speed internet, 2 fully equip living spaces for relaxing or entertaining, a full kitchen with quartz counter tops, and access to the use of outdoor private spaces to enjoy while you're visiting. The Ferguson House boasts 2,200 total sq ft of living space between the upstairs living areas and freshly finished basement space.
When you enter the front door you will be greeted by an open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen. On the main floor you will find 3 of the guest bedrooms and 1 full bath. There is 1 king bed in the master bedroom on the main floor, as well as a queen bed and a full-sized bed in the other 2 guest rooms.
Once you pass through the kitchen, you'll round the corner and make your way to the basement stairs where you will find a 2nd master bedroom with a king sized bed (and egress window) and a second full living space and bathroom. Additionally, free access to a brand new washer and dryer will be found in the basement space as well.
The street that the home is located on is rather quiet and private with separation from Ferguson Street to Ann Arbor Trail by the private neighborhood park. Street noise should be rather minimum during your stay.
Additionally, there is plenty of private parking with a detached 2 car garage behind the home and a long driveway next to the home.
Lastly, during the warmer months you can enjoy the private backyard and patio space featuring a hot tub, outdoor furniture, and a bonfire pit for those warm Michigan summer nights.
