This Old Florida retreat is located directly on Godfrey Creek / the Intra-coastal Waterway leading directly to the Gulf of Mexico. A warm updated kitchen, large family room and split bedrooms are just some of the features of this comfortable waterfront cottage.
Relax on the large screened lanai in your own private pool. Huge oversized, private lot with amazing water views. Sunset views from the west-facing lanai!

Second bedroom- King bed
Additional guests can be accommodated with 2 fold-out beds.
This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee plus tax will apply when you let us know youre bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit.
Pet must be disclosed and additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.
Pool heat is an additional cost PLUS TAX. This pool faces west.
