A visitor's tax of 2€ per person per night is collected on site by the local municipality; full rate applies to guests 16 and older; €1.80 per person per night for guests aged 6–15 (reduced rate). Please provide the name and date of birth of each traveling guest.
Linen sets are OPTIONAL at 23.80€ per set and not included in the portal price; it is cheapest to book them on-site via the guest app link AFTER receiving the booking confirmation from the host/agency. (Bedding set; large/small towels) Otherwise, this is a self-catering accommodation. Linen sets are not included in the portal price.
Non-smoking ground-floor apartment, 75 square meters, with a magnificent view of the mountains. Terrace with cozy rattan furniture and a beautiful garden. Spacious and bright living area with an open kitchen and dining table. Make yourself at home in the comfortably furnished living area with a large L-shaped sofa that can be easily converted into two L-shaped beds or a comfortable double bed, a smart TV, and Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove with oven, coffee pod machine, and large dining table. A separate bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with shower/tub, toilet, hair dryer, and washing machine.

Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, der Check-in sehr freundlich. Parken direkt am Haus war sehr praktisch. Obwohl die Vermieter mit im Haus wohnen, konnten wir uns ungestört auf der Terrasse aufhalten. Die Wohnung ist schön groß. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war bequem. Im Ganzen betrachtet war der Aufenthalt angenehm.
