Die Lage ist optimal, Parkplatz vorhanden. Man ist schnell zum Einkaufen, Restaurants in der Nähe, alles fußläufig erreichbar.
Einrichtung der Wohnung ist ok, aber die Teppiche wirken unhygenisch, fleckig. Der Backofen wurde ewig nicht gereinigt und war eine Zumutung.
