About this house rental

Located one block from Ashland University, and Freer Field, home to the Ashland Balloon Fest, as well as a 2 min drive from downtown, this private house is comfortably furnished with everything you may need for a relaxing stay. This newly renovated home has a full kitchen with all new appliances, two bedrooms, one full bath, and a spacious common area. Centrally located it is close to a variety of interests, this home is perfect for couples or groups of five! Guests will enjoy convenient, keyless entry allowing for easy check in.

Very accommodating hosts. Great communication when needed. The house was very nicely set up perfect for a week's stay. It truly was home away from home. We were there during the snowstorm.January 2026 had absolutely no problems. This is our go to for Ohio stays.

I loved my stay in the charming century house! I enjoyed having a full-size gas stove for cooking breakfast and the kitchen was well stocked with all the pans and utensils I needed. The bed and pillows were really comfortable as well.
