Our stay at the Century House in Ashland was amazing. The hosts Bryan and Jennifer provide excellent service and their house is clean, comfortable and inviting.The hosts have thought of everything and more. The town of Ashland is beautiful and we are so thankful that we found this gem. This is the best rental house we have ever stayed in and if we are in the area again we look forward to visiting again. I honestly hate saying we were there for Miss Ohio week because do not want anyone to poach it from us for next year!House was PERFECT for our needs for the week. Close enough where relative easy drive but far away enough to not be part of the drama.Communication with owner was fantastic - super responsive.Would absolutely stay here again.

Had a little trouble getting in but once settled, the home worked very well. My husband and his caregiver did a road trip to visit the Ship state Reformatory while I entertained some women friends for a few days. The place worked well for that.

Within a charming exterior, the rooms remarkably spacious, recently renovated, and meticulously clean. The property is quiet, and the hosts were very helpful and responsive. The inclusion of a piano, coffee maker, and a comfortable couch in front of a large TV made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is a short walk to Ashland University and a short drive to parks and trails. We’d love to stay here again!

We’ve stayed here several times while visiting our son who attends Ashland University. It’s close to campus and the baseball field where he plays. We always recommend it to other sports parents. Cheaper than the Hampton Inn usually

My sister and I returned to our hometown for our class reunions. This property is situated eight houses from where we grew up. It was so nostalgic to be in our old neighborhood and it is within walking distance of about EVERYTHING!!, The property is perfectly furnished and uncluttered and spectacularly cleaned! And a piano, to boot!!!! We ran into a slight snafu with receiving the check-in code on time, but Jennifer quickly resolved it. I wouldn’t have mentioned it, but it asked in the review questions. It was only a slight hiccup. It certainly didn’t affect the quality of our stay. We will return here. I’m sure, many times!

Cute, completely updated house that was very comfortable, roomy, and overall delightful. It came fully equipped with everything we needed in kitchen gear as well as plenty of towels and a hairdryer in the bathroom. Definitely will stay there again.

The house is in a nice neighborhood near a park with a walking/biking path. It was very clean, was well decorated, and had comfortable mattresses. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again if we are back in this area.
