Family-friendly holiday complex directly on the beautiful, private sandy beaches near the town of San Vincenzo. The bungalows and the residence are spread out over a spacious area under tall holm oaks and shady pine trees in the middle of a well-kept nature park with 3 large pool areas. via an underpass within the residence, near the pools, you reach the sea after about 250 to 300 meters. Here you have a large selection of restaurants, pizzerias and bars as well as a wide range of sports, games and wellness facilities. On the beach you get parasols and sun loungers (free of charge). In the summer months, entertainment programs, fitness and water sports provide variety. Activities nearby : Shortly after San Vincenzo, the long pine forests stretch along the beach, characteristic of the region. Trademarks are the popular long sandy beaches for families and many small bays. A special highlight for nature lovers is the beautiful bay "Golfo di Baratti". San Vincenzo is a lively town in summer with good fish restaurants and promenades for strolling. You will find numerous enchanting medieval villages in the nearby hilly surroundings, e.g. B. Suvereto. Also make a detour to one of the most charming island pearls of the Mediterranean: Elba, 147 kilometers of coastline with evergreen vegetation, many bathing bays and the island's capital Portoferraio with the old port (18 km to the ferry port Piombino and ferry crossing approx. 1 hour) Mobility: Not suitable for People with reduced mobility
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility. (Youth) groups not allowed. Some service facilities of the holiday complex are only open seasonally. Only dogs up to max. 20 kg allowed in type E and type F. Entry to the fitness studio is only permitted for people aged 14 and over. It is a small unfurnished balcony.
