Location location location! This home is on a quiet street, three blocks from Canal street (Main Street) in New Smyrna Beach, with restaurants, brewery, shopping and entertainment. Publix grocery store, Walmart and a hospital are just minutes away.
There’s two bedroom, one bath home has TV’s in both bedrooms and a 75 inch in the family room. The open floor plan in the living room and kitchen is great for cooking with a bar for guests to sit and direct the chef! The spacious backyard and patio is perfect for grilling, eating, entertaining and enjoying the perfect Florida weather.
Eating out? An oyster bar and prime rib restaurant (Blackbeard's) is 100 feet from the house, exceptional restaurants within a few blocks, and over 20 more within a few miles.
New Smyrna Municipal golf course is 1 mile away. The beach is 2 miles away. Flagler Avenue begins one mile away and dead ends at the ramp to drive, bike or walk along beautiful New Smyrna Beach.
Flagler Avenue also has exceptional restaurants, entertainment and shopping.
Daytona beach is 8 miles north. Orlando, Disney, Universal and SeaWorld are 65 miles away.

Property was clean and easily accessible. Room for truck, trailer and motorcycles. Quiet neighborhood location. Close to restaurants. Great and accommodating host! Will book again.

This house is in the historic district of NSB. Easy walking distance to restaurants, distillery, brewery, and downtown activities. House was well stocked, and Kim (Host) did a great job making sure we had everything we needed.
