Clos Saint Sulpice

We had a wonderful stay over and found the property to be exactly what we had expected. The hosts are very considerate and ensure that everything is taken care of 🤩 The location is perfect for visiting the wider Loire area and checking out any of the numerous chateau’s dotted around the region. We also loved having a dip in the pool, which is so nice after a day touring around.

There was nothing we didn’t like to honest.

Beautiful place

Nothing

L’établissement était vraiment très agréable et les hôtes super gentils. La piscine était un luxe pendant cette période canicule.

We liked being able to swim and share a bathroom with our daughter

We were in the wrong to leave a lamp on in our bedroom and the air-conditioning on to cool our very hot room while we went downstairs to have a drink and snacks but we really didn't like being told off like children in such a patronising and rude manner by the proprietor. As it was the first night, it inevitably coloured how we felt for the rest of our stay and decided the best thing to do was to not say anything, keeping our heads down. We did not want to cause any more tension. Fortunately other guests were very friendly and kind to us; as was her husband and gorgeous dog. Our review score reflects how we genuinely felt about our stay, taking everything into account.
