Staff is helpful
This hotel needs maintenance. Washrooms are getting flooded just in a 2 minutes shower. Cleaning is not upto the mark.

The hotel was modern and had a happy staff team. Rooms were spacious and well maintained.
The location was nice and quiet but was quite out of the city. The local shops were not very accommodating. The shops catered to local trade such as carpenters. Motor repairs etc.

Food was good l. Room sizes were good.
Showers had no hot water. The staff gave us a very late check-in inspite of prior request and confirmation of early check-in. Housekeeping was slow. They refused to give us more than two towels when we had booked two rooms and had four members. Would not take in requests as simple as making the Biryani dish ‘boneless’ instead of ‘bone’. Quite uptight. The hotel was barely occupied still the service was poor and they were in a rush to have us leave. Never have I seen a hotel which refuses to provide towels for the pool/shower, refuses to take in dietary requests ( nothing extraordinary).
