It’s a great location for the price. I’ve been to Newcastle a few times and rentals closer to town are hard to come by especially at this price point. The facilities were good, the flat was clean and staff responsive when I had questions about the keys. I was a bit apprehensive of some of the reviews but I must say I don’t agree with them and would book the place again without hesitation.

I would have to be really nit picking but some bigger towels would be great, but I’m not eating the property down for that. It’s really a minor inconvenience.

A bit out the way from the city but that was own choice, the e scooters certainly helped us travel anyway

Had to contact Booking.com afternoon of our stay as the owners had not sent the details of our stay even though I had messaged them in the morning asking for the details. The manager of the property Hazz advised us to contact him direct if an issues once we got into the apartment. On checking one of the beds did not have a bottom sheet on . Previous review in July also noted this. No mattress protector on the other bed & no pillow protectors on any of the pillows. Dirty cleaning sponge in the kitchen and broken blinds in one of the bedrooms. Rang Hazz who said he would send a cleaner over. On further inspection of the apartment noted unsafe electrics, and the shower room was not that clean. We booked the apartment as it has a bath which my sister finds helps for her ongoing medical condition. When we came to use it the bath taps were not fully connected so no running water! Hazz rang to say cleaner on the way. I informed him that the apartment did not meet expectations and what was advertised in its description and we would be putting in a complaint to Booking.com. He stated he would give us a full refund if we did not put a review on Booking.com. He said he was busy & had X3 jobs but would come round in the morning on checkout with the money. The cleaner came put sheet on the bed but could not see to the other issues like the bath etc. Next morning received text from Hazz saying he was very busy so could not come round . He had spoken to the owners and because the cleaner had come round & we had stayed the night they would offer us £70 refund not the full refund as long as the terms were the same ie no review. I rang Hazz and informed him that I would be contacting Booking.com about our concerns. He stated he did not trust us not to put a review on so would not refund any money. Following this conversation I put in a complaint to Booking.com and informed them of everything.

Exactly like the pictures, parking was free and just a staircase away from the Quayside which makes it so easy to get into the centre. Host was quick with responses. Thank you.

Everything damp, drying on radiators dirty, stuff broken , unsafe electrics. Had to sleep on sofa, no covers. Credit card company informed, not stunning Very unprofessional response from owner, booking.com unfortunately have not resolved. Our response to owner - Not a professional approach. Stunning it is not, i should not have to arrive and make beds, damp items should not be left drying, cupboards and linen should be stored properly, electrics should be safe, dirt should be cleaned, taps need to be attached etc etc. Credit card company has been informed and images will be sent to them as they dont lie. I would suggest you sort not only the ' stunning flat' out but the issues raised, your cleaner and more importantly your customer service

Very clean and tidy fantastic location and very good value. Had everything we needed, excellent hot shower.
