We like the location. It’s close to the marina. It’s big enough for our family. I like that it has a washing machine and love the porch overlooking the lake!
It needs some updates and maybe a good deep cleaning. The air conditioner could not keep up (they did send someone to look at it) The bedrooms were very hot without fans and the water pressure was not great either. A good pressure washing on the porch would be good too lots of bugs.

Condo was clean and they supplied many extras. They had extra blankets, throws, paper towels and extra toilet paper. They had body wash and shampoo in both bathrooms, with extra towels. They had dish soap and laundry pods. They even put bottled waters in the fridge. I feel like they went out of their way to make it comfortable. It also has a great view of the lake if you’re looking for that, though it is not accessible.
If I was to be negative on anything, it would be the stairs going up to condo. It’s probably 25 steps to get to condo. Not really conducive for older people. And my husband was hoping to fish, and that was a definite no at this location.

Location was great by the river. For the most part it was a great place to stay. The condo has everything that we needed.
The beds were really hard to sleep on. The mattresses were way too firm. We also had some really loud upstairs neighbors.

Like that it was next to Lake Taneycomo overlooking the water .
Could use more TLC and the screened in porch wasn't very clean and the fan was filthy dirty. Could hear someone above walking around late at night.
